What is the color sorter ?
Color sorter is a kind of equipment which uses photoelectric detection technology to automatically sort the different color particles in materials according to the difference of optical properties of materials. At present, color sorter is used in the field of bulk materials or packaging industrial products, food quality detection and classification.
Working principle
The material comes from the top hopper into the machine, goes through the vibration device, decline along the chutes ,enter into the top of channels, then fall into sorting box and pass through the monitor and background board. Under the lights, CCD sensor received synthesis of light from the selected materials, make the output signal, drive the ejector operation which can blow the discolor materials to the rejected hopper, and the good materials will fall into the finished hopper.

Independently developed intelligent magnetic control high frequency solenoid valve for color sorter. The valve opens & responds quickly, improving the finished product accuracy; the valve closes crisply and neatly, reducing the defective product taken out. Valve flexible contact, service life of 60-100 billion times, compared with similar products 10-30 billion times. Independent research and development of intelligent repair technology to reduce maintenance costs.
High speed feeding system
