Usage :The autoclave for tire retreading is a pressure vessel with speed open door,
and openings sealed with inflatable silicone ring or internal pressure self-tight rubber pad. 
Mechanical or manual gearing is used to lock and open the lid, reasonable structure, convenient operation, good sealing performance, 
 
the temperature in the tank is uniform,furthermore, complete safety accessories (equipped with safety interlock device).
 
FEATURES:

1-Heating method : electric heating or steam, or heating water make steam (three methods you can choose) .

2-Door open and close system :
 
One person can open or close the door easily,this is high technical . even the door can be operated when power off.
 
3-Seal system :
 
Inflatable silicon rubber seal. Automatic inflate during working. 
 
4-Safety interlocking for the door
 
We design three sets safety locking system to avoide the damage for the worker 's faulty operation.
 
First is pressure automatic safety locking system:  

Second is manual safety locking system

Third is seals safety locking system
 
5-Temperature control system :
 
We design Intelligent digital temperature controller to set and control temperature. .Precision is ±1ºC .
 
6- Pressure control system: 
 
Automatic contrtol for temperature by pressure sensor, the autoclave has keep the setting pressure steady and automaticly.
 
7- Insulation method : 
 
We design 1.2mm cold-rolled sheet to fix the machine,and inside 60mm glass cotton to cover the machine. This will save costs for heating .
 
8 - According to national standards GB150-1998 and TSG R0004-2009 "fixed pressure vessel safety technology and supervision code", JB/T4731-2005 "steel horizontal vessel", JB/T4730-2005, JB/T4709-2000, JB/T4711-2003 design (issued by the design institute blueprint: Category, age, damage, corrosion allowance, pressure, temperature, medium, the coefficient of welding, nozzle orientation, technical requirements, etc. ), manufacturing (according to the requirements of the drawings, each test, test, record and keep file, local and technical supervision issued by the inspection certificate, sealed).

From engineer designing to production completion, it needs about 25 to 35 days.

Packaging
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
