Product Name:Diclofenac Sodium Injection
Ingredient:Diclofenac Sodium
Character:
Colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.
Indication:
This product is used for rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, adhesion spondylitis, non inflammatory joint pain, arthritis, non - joint rheumatism caused by pain.
Usage:
Deep intramuscular injection of 50mg once, 2-3 times a day.
Adverse reactions:
1, common gastrointestinal reactions, such as stomach discomfort, burning, acid reflux, poor appetite, nausea, etc., can disappear after drug withdrawal or symptomatic treatment.
2, long-term application can appear gastric ulcer, gastric bleeding, gastric perforation.
3, a few appear edema, oliguria, electrolyte disorders, etc.
4. Occasional nervous system reactions (incidence < 1%), such as headache, vertigo, drowsiness, excitement, etc.
5. Swelling and pain at the injection site.
Taboo:
1. It is contraindicated for those allergic to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or have a history of asthma.
2. It is forbidden for pregnant women and lactating women.
Attention:
1. This product is not a etiological and therapeutic agent, nor can it control the course of chronic arthritis.
2. Patients with history of peptic ulcer or history of ulcer bleeding should use with caution.
3. Use with caution in patients with liver and kidney damage or ulcers. Especially the elderly. Routine follow-up examination of liver and renal function should be conducted during the medication period.
4. This product contains sodium and should be used with caution in patients who limit sodium intake.
5. Interference to diagnosis: this product can cause transient increase of serum amino transferase, decrease of serum uric acid and increase of uric acid.
6. If gastrointestinal bleeding, liver and kidney damage, visual impairment, blood abnormalities and allergic reactions occur during the use of the drug, the drug should be discontinued.
Drug interaction:
1. When used together with potassium-preserving diuretic drugs, hyperkalemia can be caused.
2. Aspirin can reduce the bioavailability of this product.
3. When used together with heparin, dicoumarin and other anticoagulants and platelet aggregation inhibitors, the risk of bleeding is increased.
4. When used with Furosemide, the sodium discharge and antihypertensive effect of the latter are weakened.
5. When used together with verapamil and nifebenzidine, the blood concentration of this product increases.
6. This product can increase the blood concentration of digoxin, so please pay attention to adjust the dose of digoxin.
7. When used together with antihypertensive drugs, the antihypertensive effect of the latter can be affected.
8. Propane can reduce the excretion of this product, increase the blood concentration, and thus increase the toxicity, so reduce the dose of this product.
9. This product can reduce the excretion of methotrexate, increase its blood concentration, and even reach the toxic level. Therefore, this product should not be used with medium or large dose methotrexate.
10. This product can reduce the effect of insulin and other hypoglycemic drugs and increase blood sugar.
Drinking alcohol or in combination with other nsaids increases the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and ulcers. Long-term use with acetaminophen can increase the toxic side effects on the kidneys.
