Product Information
1. This machine is available to the base, surface paint for the furniture, cabinet, decorative
boards, which different materials as wood, MDF, wood board plastic, metal, glass and
cement fibrolite board,and so on.
2. It can ensure the surface of the paint to be smooth, with good plumpness, and with no
chromatic difference.
3. It is easy to change the roller for the casting design.
4. It can be choose with the PLC, automatically elevator, detachable groove, separate
electronic box or more automatically choosing outfit.
5. The coater roller, quantitative roller and conveyor adopt the imported motor, controlled
by the separate frequency conversion system, control the coating exactly, the coating
thickness is between 10-20g/m².
6. This machine is available for many kinds of paint, such PU, NC, UV and water-based
paint, recycle the paint and the utilization is 99%.
FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES:
1. It can coat the primer and the sealer and top UV roller coating.
2. The machine frame adopts 20MM thick steel board , with CNC, and welding by CO2 .
3. Separate motor drive, precision type configuration, with the casting section.
4. The drive motor is German Siemens RV series Aluminum alloy gear drive.
5. The coating rollers adopt the best Japanese silicon material production, very super
wear resistance, excellent flexibility, can be resistant for all solvent, the hardness is 40-
45 degree, diameter is ¢240 two pieces.
6. Equipped with Taiwan Delta inverter to control the speed of the coating roller ,the iron
roller the conveyor belt.
7. The iron rollers adopt 45#seamless steel tube to weald by CO2, and grinding the
surface , dynamic balance, surface hard chrome plating and polishing after reaching the
bright effect.
8. The iron roller insert directly, it can achieve the roller and the motor completely
synchronization.
9. Equipped with Japanese NSK bearings, best coupling running.
10. The conveyor best adopt 3MM PVC good quality, not easy to slip, long service life.
11. The lifting seats adopt cast iron dovetail, it can improve the precision of the brushes
and the machine frame, more rigidity and without deformation.
12. The control panel is PLC touch screen, easy to control, operating direction is from left
to right.
13. The whole machine adopts precision up-down automatically, two sets of motor, two
sets of lifting reducers.
14. Equipped with stainless steel V-shape reflux tank with fluid mechanicals, and paint
recycle systems.
15. Equipped with the pneumatic pump in 4'.
16. Equipped with heating device, 20KG stainless steel electric heating cylinder.
