SAJ serials pinion and cone progressive safety devices are used in rack and pinion hoist, Working platform and mast climber.
It can brake the cage when the down running speed exceeds preset speed.
Below are the usual safety device we can supply:
SAJ02-1.2 and SAJ08-1.2 safety device mainly are used in small rack and pinion hoist, like wind power tower hoist ;
SAJ30-0.5 and SAJ40-0.5 is used in low speed equipments, like mast climber or working platforms;
SAJ30-1.2, SAJ40-1.2 and SAJ50-1.2 are used in industrial elevators, construction hoists, material hoists, you can choose the safety device according to your hoists assemble position to check the braking direction, rated lifting speed and loading capacity .
The production of this product conforms to EN12159, EN12158, EN1495, GB26557-2011, JG121-2000.
