Pre-Engineered Modular Apartment Fabrication Structural Steel Shed for Sale
Steel structure refinery building construction project is a structural steel building in the refinery industry. Refinery buildings requires the architect considering the structure request of refinery construction project.
Project introduction: The Steel structure refinery building construction project was built in Costa Rica which is for the purpose of refinery facility in a industrial park. With the size of 185m(length)*55m(width), it took 3 months to complete the project.
Technical features of Steel structure refinery building construction project
For a steel structure storage warehouse building, there are the following components:
I. Primary Frame
II. Secondary members
III. Wall and roof system
IV. Accessories
I. The primary frame is referring to the weled H section steel columns/beam.
II. Secondary members
Secondary members mainly refer to the purlins and bracing system for the metal warehouse construction.
A: Purlins
The purpose of the purlin is to transmit the roof/wall load upon beams/columns. Purlins usually come in the way of C and Z purlin.
C purlin-specs: (50/80-120/300-50/80)
Z purlin-spec: (40/80-80/300-40/80)
B: Bracing system
Bracing system includes column bracing, roof bracing, knee bracing, tie beam, tie bar etc.
Roof: 75mm EPS sandwich panel
Wall: 0.5mm corrugated color steel sheet
IV. Accessory
The accessory mainly includes the doors, window, trim package, fasteners, skylight, ventilator, gutter, down pipe, glues etc.
Besides design and manufacturing, KXD could send our installation worker to local construction site to help the erection of the refinery building construction.
Wall panel packing:
The warehouse building apply the fiberglass wool sandwich panel.
Steel pallet packing as a whole:
Steel pallet as whole for loading and unloading shipping continer very fast, it can not only easy to load and unload but also can save the cost and protect the steel member.
Customers come to visit our factory:
From May 29th to May 31th, Our Sri Lanka clients Mr.Gerard and Mr.Roshane from IBSF paid an official visit to our company to see the manufacturing capabilities of KXD. IBSF is one of the fore-running construction companies in Sri Lanka, specializing in design-build, turnkey projects and supply of pre-engineered and prefabricated steel buildings During the visit,the clients are satisfied with our welding quality for the steel structures and raised his professional options and requirements for the painting process And we had a detailed discussion on the projects we are going to execute in the following months and signed the contract. What's more, KXD and IBSF signed the sole distributor agreement which IBSF is about to become KXD's agent in Sri Lanka. KXD and IBSF will work together to undertake more and more projects in Sri Lanka.
