[Usage] Adult commonly used amount: intramuscular injection: 30mg once, 90 ~ 120mg a day. Intravenous injection: once 30 ~ 120mg, once every 3 hours, should be injected slowly, not less than 1 to 2 minutes, in order to avoid arrhythmia and fatal suffocation. For the cardiac arrest, the two doses are separated by 10 minutes.
