1.Are you a trading company or factory?
We are a factory which has more than 2000 square meters of standardized production base.And located in Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, China.

2.What about the MOQ, may I ask a sample order?
MOQ 1000 PCS ,and first time cooperation, 1-5PCS for quality testing is available.

3:Can I have my own logo?How to work?
Yes, you can.First, send your design or logo to us, and after confirm the details, we will print a sample to send you or take a picture to you.If everything is OK, then we can start our mass production.

4.What's the lead time?
For samples:3-5 working days, mass producing:After confirm, 15-20 working days(Confirm the specific time before placing the order).

5.What about the Quality?
Our factory has been auditted as Apple member MFI certified manufacturer. At the same time, we are WPC member manufacturer.
Most of our products have passed CE, FCC, RoHS certification. Some has QI certification. Some has MFI certification.
