Nicotinic acid of tenofovir is suitable for the treatment of cerebrovascular disorder (such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism sequela, brain surgery, brain trauma sequela, stroke sequela, carotid artery obstruction caused by hypoxic cerebral bate disease, senile cerebral dysfunction, etc.), coronary heart disease, division, (prevention of recurrence) after myocardial infarction and myocarditis, migraine headaches, ear disease between vertigo, raynaud's disease, Claudication, diabetic gangrene, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, Chemicalbook selection, pulmonary embolism, bedsore, chilblain, and hyperlipidemia. Usage and Dosage: Oral: 0.1 ~ 0.2g each time, 3 times a day, after meals. IV drip: 300mg on day 1; 600mg daily on days 2 to 6; 900mg daily on days 7-14, dissolved in 500ml 10% glucose solution. 35 pieces for a course of treatment. Aderse Reactions and Cautions: Occasionally dry mouth, flushing face, lip numbness, chest tightness, rash, itchy skin, etc.
