What is Semaglutide?
Semaglutide (USAN; trade name Ozempic) is a pharmaceutical drug in development by a Danish company Novo Nordisk for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It is marketed by the name Ozempic. As a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist, it lowers the blood sugar  level by increasing the production of .It was discovered in 2012, by a team of researchers at Novo Nordisk as a longer-acting alternative to liraglutide. Clinical trials were started in 2015, and phase 3 was completed in 2016. FDA approval was applied in December 2016, and in October 2017 FDA Advisory Committee voted 16-0 in favour. It can be used as both injection-type or oral-type drug.
Semaglutide Benefits
Semaglutide is a medication used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Semaglutide acts like human glucagon-like peptide-1 so that it increases secretion, thereby increasing sugar metabolism. It is distributed as a metered subcutaneous injection in a prefilled pen. One of its advantages over other antidiabetic drugs is that it has a long duration of action, thus, only once-a-week injection is sufficient.
Semaglutide is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Semaglutide is usually given after other diabetes medicines have been tried without success. Semaglutide is not for treating type 1 diabetes.
Semaglutide Dosage
This depends on your body weight. All of the research carried out so far has used rodent studies, the rats and mice are usually injected with an effective dosage thought to be around 10 μg (mcg) per KG, in humans this is thought to be around the equivalent loading of 1.6 μg per KG in humans, so if you are: 
60 KG (132 lb.) then your ideal daily BPC-157 oral dose would be 96 μg (mcg)
70 KG (154 lb.) => 112 μg
80 KG (176 lb.) => 128 μg
90 KG (198 lb.) => 144 μg
