Description of Wood and Animal feed pellet cooling equipment:

Wood and Animal feed pellet cooling equipment is mainly used for cooling of pellet feed in the feed pelleting section. It cools the pellet feed coming from pellet mill and with a temperature of 70°C-90°Cto a temperature 3°C~5°C slightly higher than ambient temperature, and is capable of lowering to a safety moisture content.  The cooled pellets not only improve the pellet firmness but also can prevent from going mouldy, that it is good for the transportation and storage of pellet feed.

Features of Wood and Animal feed pellet cooling equipment: 
1) The counter flow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and 
moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool pellets so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets. At the Same time, The airlock is used for feeding and space of air inlet bigger,therefore it can get better cooling effects.
2) Slide reciprocating discharger has smooth and reliable discharging,low residue.
3) Low pow consumption, easily operation.
4) Pellet temperature after cooling is less than 3-5ºC ambient temperature.

Cooling and screening machine: The Pellets from pellet mill may exit at up to 88°C and 17-18% moisture. The temperature of pellets must be quickly reduced to make the moisture level to 10-12% or less for proper storage and handling. Pellets must therefore be cooled and dried. Our cooler Adopt counter-flow cooling principle, pellet cooled fully and equally. The temperature of the pellets after cooling is not higher than room temperature +3-5 degree.
