Water-flowing evaporator of ice maker

Utilization:
*Mainly used for quick cycle ice-making of household and commercial ice machine
Features
*Mainly used for quick cycle ice-making of household and commercial ice machine
*It is made of stainless steel & copper by welding, with advantage of heat exchanging.
*In the back of ice board, it is using copper tube or ellipse tube connection to enlarge the interface area of evaporator and ice board, so it can enhance the efficiency of heat exchanging, shorten the time of ice making and ice dropping and improve the ice making capacity and ice cube quality.
*The evaporator surface is chemistry plated by tin which accords with environmental-friendly and FDA food safety demands.The perfect combine of plating sheet and base material can protect the product surface well and improve the antiseptic capacity.
*The ice shape is crescent(moon shaped), between 72°~85 and it is transparent with high density.
Working principle
By evaporating the refrigerant in tube,the heat is transferred to ice board;by recycle water pump,the water flows into the ice grid through spaying pipe,it can make ice in cooling conditions and ice drop in heating conditions.
