This kind machine is for packing heavy powder or non-dusty powder into 4 side seal bag ,such as spice powder ,curry powder ,seasoning powder etc. It is designed by three groups of rollers to fulfill fully automatic running that can be made into 3 side seal or 4 side seal as optional .Also can go with multi-dosing devices or double-lane package customized is acceptable when needed .

Equipped with one group of vertical sealing hot rollers ,one group of horizontal sealing hot rollers and one group of horizontal sealing cold rollers .And sealing is by rotary rollers ,vertical sealing figure is made with both chessboard and anti-leakage line ,horizontal sealing figure is made with both chessboard and anti-leakage line or flat-cutting with anti-leakage line .Dosing device is by decline type screw .Cutter can be any type among of three types of flat cutting ,zigzag cutting and point cutting .And also can equip with easy-open device for the finished bag and many bags cutting in string .Under this machine ,any bag length setup within stipulated range can be easily adjusted in stepless that can pack multi-kind products on the same machine .
