1). Application:  

Used in high-speed insulation extrusion for PVC/SR-PVC/HDPE/PP/PU wire and cable. 

2). Main specification:

A. Concentricity: 93-97% OD tolerance: Solid +/-0.005
B. Wire specification: AWG30-AWG24 (0.1mm-1mm)
C. Body temperature will be controlled within ±1ºC, working speed: 400-600m/min (depends on wire diameter)
D. Extrusion material: HDPE, Foam-PE, PP, PU, PVC, SR-PVC, etc. 
E. Machine color: As required. 
F. Operation direction: Right hand or Left hand (As required)
