Top heating fuse are bare installation and ceramic roller could observe heating faster.
The bottom heating fuse has radiation board. The function of the radiation board: if glasses are broken inside heating section and the broken glass won't damage the ceramic rollers. It is good protection.



Cooling scetion: According to the furnace size and glass thickness. We would designs 2 blowers, which will be more high effective production capacity and energy saving.

Features of each section:
1: Loading tables, heating chamber,flat quenching section and unloading table are installed with independent drive systems, and their own running speed can be automatically controlled by computer. Every mode also can be changed automatically.
2: Heating chamber: On/ off switch is electric control. Up/down quenching section and air pressure balance adjustment : electric control. Overall air pressure adjustment: Computer system control. Blower: converter start-up and control.
3: Function Feature: If sudden power off, emergency glass expelled can be manually operated on the main driving. If under voltage or malfunction, there is automatic alarm.


Technical support:
1: Technical guidance for equipment installation.
2: Once the buyer confirms the furnace direction, the seller should provide the related working drawing for basement to buyer within 7days.
3: Machine installation and operation training. Buyer should send some engineers to assist.
4: Once the machine arrives to buyer's factory. Seller should arrange technician to there, training operator.
5: Equipment system commissioning.
6: Provide the related technical information: "operation manual", "easy parts broken list and drawing", "glass tempering electrical drawing" and "electrical parts manual".
7: During 1 year warranty, provide the non-artificial damage devices (not including wearing parts), technical services for free. Wearing parts: ceramics roller (except for quality problem), aramid rope.
