1. Work principle LPG-5 Pilot atomizing spray dryer:

This machine is open circulation type, cocurrent flow type, atomizing is centrifugal type and operated in soft negative pressure condition. The drying medium air is purified by pre, middle and high efficient filter, and than heated to hot air by heater. Then hot air enters spray drying chamber through hot air distributor. Material is transferred to atomizer by pump, then atomized to small forgdrops by centrifugal atomizer. Forgdrops contact with hot air fully and be dried. Powder product is collected by cyclone separator and air is exhausted.
