Chemical plants PFA lined ball valve

Application
Ball Valves lined with PFA or FEP provide trouble free service in acid environments, they are commonly used in pulp and paper operations,
Chlorine water, Chlorine dioxide, Sodium hypochlorite and sulphuric services.

Advantages:
l  Integrated ball/valve stem with anti- expulsion design.
l  The lining of valve and ball can provide the general chemical corrosion-resistance materials as PFA & FEP by requirements.
l  As for the innovative plate-type PTFE bellows filling structure, it can automatically adjust between the movable filling gland ring and spring tableting, and even though under the condition of heat-cool cycle, the filling always has high  leak tightness and  reliability for pre-selection  loading.
l  Even though on condition of frequent alternation between coldness and heat. it can realize the sealing effect for the flange of metal to metal mode.
l  It has unified lining thickness in the sealing area to promote the ability for resisting the permeable media
l  Strengthen the surface loading ability for labyrinth sealing through casting sealing lip. Carry long life PTFE valve seat.
l  It adopts special spring valve seat design to ensure permanent leak tightness within the range of the entire pressure/temperature, including in condition of vacuum.
l  It can choose the lining with antistatic property.
l  PFA and FEP thermo-plastic valve lining with 3.5 mm's thickness, anti-seep, anti-corrosion and anti-vacuum.
l  As for the high penetrability medium, it can adopt 5mm's lining for the over-current part in the valve.
