(1) Extrusion part: For the production of profiles with small cross-sectional dimensions such as sealing strips, single-screw extruders or co-extrusion are generally selected for molding processing to avoid waste of production resources and energy. The choice of a single-screw extruder depends on two main factors: one is the size of the product section; the other is the output requirement. The larger the extrusion output, the larger the screw diameter; the larger the cross-sectional area of the profile (larger cross-sectional size), the larger the screw diameter.

(2) Extrusion die: The extrusion die is the main part of product molding. Its function is to continuously and uniformly transform the cylindrical melt provided by the extruder into a well-plasticized type that is similar to the channel section and geometric dimensions. Training. After cooling and other processes, a profiled product with good performance is obtained.

(3) Cooling and shaping part: The cooling and shaping table is equipped with a water tank and a water circulation system. The water tank is made of stainless steel. The cooling is circulating water spray cooling. The shaping table is equipped with front and rear moving devices and left and right, high and low adjustment devices.

(4) Traction part: The traction machine is used to continuously and automatically draw the cooled and hardened sealing strip from the nose of the machine. It is a variable frequency speed regulation type.
