Characteristics:

The ventilator is designed by variable loop method.According to the parameters of the ventilator, a reasonable variable ring coefficient is selected to reasonably distribute the characteristic velocity and length on each section of the blade. The blade adopts the wide-shaped circular arc blade, so as to make full use of the high circular velocity at the blade tip, and make the ventilator have the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, large flow rate and light weight

The ventilator is designed and manufactured with the special conditions for ships in mind: the impeller is subjected to strict dynamic balance correction and overspeed test, so the ventilator has the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, anti-sway, anti-impact, small vibration, smooth operation, safety and reliability.

Structure:

The impeller is made of the blade molded by molybdenum plate and the steel galvanized wheel plate, and the housing and bracket are made of ordinary steel plate and treated with anticorrosion.

The fan blade is made of aluminum sheet, so it is suitable for low pressure and large flow.

The ventilator can be equipped with Marine ac motor.
