The modified starch output capacity from 5 tonnes pre day  to 30 tonnes per day.

Application:   

Double roller dryer is used for drying the materials with medium viscosity such as α-strach (pre-gel starch), glue, whey, milk powder, dehydrated yeast mud, feed for fish and shrimp, high consistency pigment and environmental protection product. It has high efficiency, good physical quality and low shearing force.  

Description

Pour saturated steam (or heat conduction oil) into main rollers. Materials spread on the surface of roller in different ways and then are heated, cooked, made flakes.Then scraping blade scrapes them off and convey them to next crushing and grinding sections to make the finished products.
