12PSB-560 injection pump test bench

Brief introduction:
It adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and digital technology with automatic and manual double control for the rotation speed, temperature and count. Equipped with displacement sensor, it can test different kinds of mechanical fuel pumps.

Functions:
  1. Test the oil supply amount and uniformity in each cylinder.
  2. Test the interval angle in each cylinder and commencement of oil supply under the static state.
  3. Test and adjust the performance of mechanical speed governor.
  4. Test the sealing performance of the injection pump.
  5. Test the solenoid valve of distributor pump.
  6. Test the return volume of distributor pump.
  7. Test the cavity pressure of distributor pump.
  8. Test the performance of air film mechanical speed governor.
  9. Test the performance of pressure compensator.
  10. Test feeding pump
