       As an capsule powder filling machine, NJP-1200C can effectively fill powder, granules and other materials into hollow capsules (000#, 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5#). All the production process including capsule separating, filling, sowing, locking, unqualified capsule rejected and finished products output canall be automatically finished. This filling pellet capsule machine fully fits accurate loading, stable operation and no dust.

   NJP-1200C's capsule suction, capsule outlet, locking and waste rejection adapt double sealing device. One is adopted NBR sealing rubber which prevents the loss of lubricating oil. The other seals adopts the imported SIL silicone rubber sealing ring to block the powder into the bearing, which can effectively solve the problem of the card machine that the powder enters the bearing. This capsule filling line machine uses pneumatic blanking, which is better for the filling of materials with bad fluidity. It's also equipped with on-line air pressure die cleaning system, the upper and lower dies are clean and no dust which improves the sowing effect.

   The filling mechanism of this auto capsule filling machine obtains the national new patent.It adopts the three-dimensional adjustment, to make the metering plate evenly force. The adjustment volume is precise and quick, and the powder recovery device is added, the recycling rate is 100%.
