Q:Can I get your product samples ?

A:Sure, we can send you the samples free of charges for quality reference. 

But kindly note that the freight cost of sending the samples will be at your expense .

Q:What arts do I need to send to you for production ?

A:Usually, we prefer the vector graphics in .ai, .eps or .pdf format.

It's OK if you do not have it.Our artists can also prepare the professional production artworks for your 

approval upon the original designs or pictures that you provided before production.

Q:Do you have a price list ?

A:Sorry that we are not able to give you a stable price list since the price is fluctuating these days.

Q:What are your lead time ?

A: It depends on different process and order quantities.Generally,7 days for sample production,10-15 

days for bulk production . If there is any urgent orders, we can do everything possible to meet your 

target ship date .

Q:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A:There is no MOQ request for our standard or customized items while you can get better price for the 

large quantity orders .

Q:How long can I get a price for custom item ?

A:Generally , it takes us 30 mins - 1 hours to make a quotation sheet for you.

Q:What will happen if the products you shipped to me are wrong or poorly made ?

A:We can guarantee a "Full After-Sales Service". If the products do not meet your strict requirements, 

we will remake the them at no cost to you or refund you the full order amount if you request so .

Q: How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped ?

A:Shipping advice including the shipping details as well as the tracking number will be provided by the
