Dilute Sulfuric Acid Tank Trailer Dangerous Acid Tank Trailer

Description of Dilute Sulfuric Acid Tank Trailer Dangerous Acid Tank Trailer

The trailer for dilute sulphuric acid transportation is specially designed for the transportation of dilute sulphuric acid. It has a large volume of 22 cmb. In order to ensure safety and stability, the inner lining of the tank is 16 mm thick and the outer layer is made of 6 mm carbon steel, which ensures the safety of transportation.

Even a certain degree of bumping will not lead to tank cracking, and sulfuric acid leakage.

The tank also has a wave-proof plate inside, which reduces the greater pressure caused by starting or braking of the trailer and further strengthens the safety performance of the trailer.

Advantages of Dilute Sulfuric Acid Tank Trailer Dangerous Acid Tank Trailer

Integral Forming

The tank is handled by automatic reeling and rotational moulding. The flange of the nozzle is solid and has to be cut by a puncher. There is no any welded seam in the tank and the lining of the flange. Hence, both the tank and the flange are durable and clean. Any acid or alkali with various concentrations can be resisted.

Waveproof

There are many wave-proof plates inside the tank body, which ensure the safety and stability of the tank body and minimize the impact during start-up and braking.
