Seam Felt Threading Paper Machine FeltMost paper mills use seamless felt which we are most familiar with. Now, there is a new generation felt called seam felt which is becoming more and more popular.
Compare to seamless felt:
The seam version has the most efficient twist level in the base fabric with mono loops in the engineered seam area. The felt's two ends will be connected by the thread strip.
The endless design offers higher flexibility for easier installation, which makes the handling even safer. Because when install, only need to use a rope to connect existing felt on the paper machine with seam felt(small pieces), pull the existing felt on the paper machine to let the seam felt installed. Then you can take away the existing old felt, and the installation has been done.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
(1) CONVENIENCE:
Put on the felt according to the running direction, and select the appropriate space and position to facilitate the
insertion of the felt.
(2) SAFETY:
No need to move any press roller, felt guide roll and fixed support device, so as to avoid the potential safety
hazard of conventional felt replacement.
(3) HIGH EFFICIENCY:
Compared with the conventional felt replacement, it can save at least half of the time and reach the normal
operation state
