Function Description:
Function one: Pile face can be rolled outwards (i. e. Reverse winding); This belongs to "constant tension winding", with an even tightness, from inside to outside; No pile damaged; No pile broken, piles in one way; No deformation in transport; Using a PLC full automatic variator to control the winding.
Function two: Pile face can also be rolled inwards(i. e. Normal winding); This belongs to "tensionless winding", to the topgrade fabric which has been through soft slurry, no narrow amplitude be found after the winding; Suitable for various kinds of fabrics with a random tightness; Using PLC stepless variable speed change to regulate the velocity and control the winding
Function three: Frequency-converter starts at a low initial velocity and then up to its highest level in 5 seconds, no affecting the rolling quality
Function four: While a defect be found, the machine can make an emergency stop; Its shutdown tine is only 0.2 seconds.
Function five: Its reverse drive can smoothly run at any condition.
Function six: Edge-to-edge deviation-rectifying system adopts advanced light spot probe, assuring the edge roll clear, the system had reliable property, its greatest advantage is no pile broken during the deviation rectifying process
Function seven: Its counter has two kinds of function (1) yardage counter (meter) counter; Both the units can be corrected; The initial length value can be set up automatically. Its display runs normally without mistakes
