This filling machine includes four closely linked processes of flexible package tube making, PLC precision controlled, double end sealing forming and automatic cutting.
This filling machine has advantages of accurate filling weight, consistent batches, replacing previous segmented processes of tube making-filling-clipping, avoiding problems of cooperation between different working procedures.
This filling machine keep product quality stable, improve production efficiency, with excellent filling and sealing performance, also save cost during production for sealant or adhesive manufacturers.

1. Suitable for silicone sealant, PU sealant, MS sealant, acrylic sealant and adhesive etc
2. Suitable for sausage film with width 152-164mm, thinkness 0.05-0.07mm.
3. Suitable for great wall clip.
4. Filling speed is about 25-35pcs/minute
5. Filling capacity can be set between 300ml to 600ml.
6. Free choices between manual operation and automatic operation
7. Automatic alarm display and machine stop at error
