This water treatment system is made by the raw water tank through the pretreatment to reverse osmosis desalting device to get pure water. Pretreatment is by silica sand filter, activated carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger and the precision filter composition. The reverse osmosis device the core parts adopt the world famous water pump and reverse osmosis RO membrane. With a full set of membrane and washing device.
Whole system can effectively get rid of suspendes matters, smell and color in raw source water, meanwhile, it also filter substance. Such as organics, microoragnism, chloride, colloidal particels and residule chlorine, Beside, also can reduce the hardness of water to make water quality fully meet the drinking water standard.
QGF series full automatic barrel filling production line is composed of bottle washing machine, bottle filling machine and sealing mahcine into one body especially for the production of drinking water of 3 and 5 gallons.
1: It is an idea filling line to produce mineral water, distilled water and prified water. The whole line is made of superior stainless steel, anticorrosive and easy to clean.
2: Siemens electric components are adopted as main components. The world famous product of AirTAC is introduced in the air circuit systems.
3: The machine is compactly conformed to small occupation of land and high efficiency and reliable and stable quality and high automation.
4: Only two operators are needed for a line, which is wholly automatic barreled equipment with motor, electric unit and air three in one.

B: Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets and 100usd as salary per person per day. besides, customer shouldarrange the accommodation for them during the trip.

B: Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
