The frame of the machine is welded by stainless steel square tube, which has the characteristics of high strength, good rigidity, light weight, beautiful appearance and easy cleaning.
The drive chain is composed of active and passive sprocket, chain, bucket holder, bucket holder, etc. the chain and sprocket are carefully designed to be more scientific and perfect.
In the main drive, the sprocket shaft is driven by the reduction motor, and four induction columns are installed on the sprocket. The position of each induction column is evenly distributed by the number of teeth, so as to ensure the accurate positioning of the whole automatic operation. The machine flushing pipeline is made of stainless steel pipe. The nozzle adopts the nozzle of American spray company. The bottle washing effect is good without leaving dead angle for easy disassembly and cleaning. The equipment adopts lifting nozzle to ensure no dead angle. It has the function of stopping washing when there is no bucket.
There are four high temperature lye water tank, two disinfectant water tanks and circulating water tank. Each water tank is equipped with a liquid adding funnel and is also used as a filter.
