Ascorbyl glucoside is also called VC glucoside, its scientific name is OaD-glucopyranosyl-L-ascorbic acid (2-OaD-glucopyranosyl-L-ascorbicacid, abbreviated as AA-2G), which is a derivative of VC with relative molecular mass It is 338.27, and the melting point is 158.5-159.5°C. Because VC has the disadvantages of poor stability and easy to be oxidized, ascorbyl glucoside, a substitute product of VC, is derived.
