High Purity Pig Derived Ribonuclease RNase Inhibitor
Product Description

This product RNase Inhibitor (Ribonuclease Inhibitor), which is a ribonuclease inhibitor, is a pig-derived ribonuclease inhibitor recombinantly expressed by E. coli. It has a ratio of 1:1 with RNase A, B, and C in a non-competitive manner. The ratio is tightly combined to inhibit the activity of these RNases and protect RNA from degradation. This ribonuclease inhibitor has been proven to inhibit RNase in a variety of tissues and cells, but cannot inhibit the activities of RNase 1, H, T1, S1 Nuclease and RNase from Aspergillus. The performance of ribonuclease inhibitors from pigs and humans is very similar. The reaction system to maintain its inhibitory activity contains at least 1 mM DTT, the effective reaction pH is 5.0-8.0, and the optimal reaction pH is 7.0-8.0

Definition of enzyme activity: The amount of enzyme that can inhibit 50% of the activity of 5 ng RNase A is defined as one unit of enzyme activity.
Purity and concentration: SDS-PAGE detection purity ≥95%, 40 U/μL.

Inactivation or inhibition: completely inactivated at 75°C for 10 min. Protein denaturants such as SDS and Urea can inhibit the inhibition of RNase by RNase Inhibitor.
Enzyme storage buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl, 50 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTT, 50% (v/v) glycerol, pH 7.5.
