Naturally rich in the omega-6 essential fatty acid gamma-Linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is important to the body for prostaglandin production. Each capsule of Mother Nature's borage oil  contains 18.5.%-22% (185mg-220mg) GLA. Taken as a natural dietary supplement it may be useful for the relief of premenstrual symptomss.
