Indication:
It is used to treat duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis, stress ulcer and Zollinger Ellison syndrome

Usage and dosage:This medicine should be used according to the doctor's prescription. adult:
(1) For the treatment of duodenal ulcer or pathological hypersecretion, take 0.2g ~ 0.4g once, 2-4 times a day, after meal and before going to bed, or 0.8g once, before going to bed.
(2) To prevent ulcer recurrence, take 0.4g at a time before going to bed;
(3) The dosage for patients with renal insufficiency was reduced to 0.2g once every 12 hours.

Adverse reactions
Generally speaking, adverse reactions of this product are not common, and usually disappear after continued medication or withdrawal.

Anxiety, depression, anxiety, delirium, hallucination and disorientation are common in elderly and seriously ill patients. Generally, the symptoms disappear 3-4 days after drug withdrawal. In the treatment of gastrointestinal complications of alcoholics, tremor delirium can appear, which is similar to abstinence syndrome;

7. The neurotoxic symptoms of this product are very similar to those caused by central anticholinergic drugs. It can be treated with cholinergic drug physostigmine to improve the symptoms. Therefore, it should be avoided to use this product together with central anticholinergic drugs to prevent aggravating central neurotoxicity.
8. in elderly patients, chronic lung disease, diabetes and immunodeficiency patients, the risk of community acquired pneumonia with H2- receptor antagonists may increase.
