Ethyl ascorbic acid is a high purity vitamin C derivative synthesized by a national patent production process (one-step synthesis method)

 

Principal Use: 

ENB-VCE is a white crystal or crystalline powder, odorless or unique odor consisting of acetaldeh  and vitamin C (Uniqueness of materials). 3-O-Ethyl ascorbic Acid,It replaces the third hydroxyl group of vitamin C with an ethoxy group, which is much more stable than vitamin C.ENB-VCE molar activity is similar to that of vitamin C.

Property: White crystal or crystalline powder.Soluble in water, soluble in oil.

PH Value (1% solution): 3.5-5.5
