Soft and slippery ternary copolymer F-780 for cotton is a new ternary silicone emulsion
Characteristics and Advantages:
The soft and slippery feel is outstanding, supplemented by fluffy.
2. High-concentration products, directly diluted with water, easy to operate.
3. The emulsion has stable performance, will not float and stick to the roller, and has very low yellowing.
4. Green environmental protection additives, no APEO, NPEO, in line with GB, European and American ROHS environmental protection standards
Application Field
1. For soft and smooth finishing of chemical fiber and its blended fabric.
2. Super soft and super slippery finishing of jeans, washed fabrics, sweaters, etc. in the washing plant.
Dilute and operation process
This is a high-concentration product, Bath Ratio 1:4, one part of soft and slippery ternary copolymer F-780 for cotton, three parts of water, stir evenly before use. Dipping F-780 open thinner 2-5%(o.w.f) Bath ratio 1:10 Temperature Time 15-30min When the pH is lower than 6.0, the effect is better. Padding F-780 open thin liquid 20-50g/L, one dip and one roll or two dip and two rolls.
