Introduction for meet process conveyor

The cutting and deboning line are applicable for refining the cut of beef, mutton, and pork, providing users with a range of services such as designing, manufacturing, installation, debugging, and after service.

1. The whole set line is composed of stainless steel and plastic components in line with the food requirement, characterized by reasonable design, smooth conveying,high-efficiency and low-consumption, easy washing and simple maintenance, etc. Based on different production capacity, the whole set of the production line is designed and deployed.

2. The main equipment contains: disk saw, bone sawing machine, conveyor machine, operating workbench,box-positioning workbench, and box washer.

 

3. The meat after pre-cooling will through the unloading equipment automatically drop on the pre-cut conveying line, on which two 750mm disk saws are installed, after being cut, the blade meat, hind leg, and middle part are conveyed to the respective deboning cut line. The pre-cut conveying line has a single-layer structure, with a height of 800mm.adjustable
