High efficiency rotary kiln for bauxite, bentonite, cement
Rotary kiln is a pyroprocessing device used to raise materials to a high temperature (calcination) in a continuous process. Materials produced using rotary kilns include:
¨ Cement
¨ Lime
¨ Refractories
¨ Metakaolin
¨ Titanium dioxide
¨ Alumina
¨ Vermiculite
¨ Iron ore pellets
They are also used for roasting a wide variety of sulfide ores prior to metal extraction.
Characteristics of rotary kiln:
The kiln body is made of high-quality killed carbon steel or alloy steel plate and welded;
The supporting type and rollers is of ZG35CrMo and 42CrMo steel;
The sliding bearing is of non-scraping liner one with large clearance;
The driving device adopts hard-toothed reducer, flexible sheet coupling, driven by DC motor;
Hydraulic thrust roll is used;
The kiln head and rear seal is of pneumatic or scaled type;
With slow speed drive.

It composed of kiln rear seal, supporting device, drum unit, driving unit, supporting device with thrust roll, hot kiln hood, hydraulic system for thrust roll (without refractory material) Electric control system can be supplied as customer's request.

CITICHL is one of the largest design and manufacture enterprises for rotary kilns in China, which started producing in 1950s. We have totally produced more than 250sets of rotary kilns including dry, semi-dry and wet ones used widely in cement, metallurgical, chemical industry, refractory, active lime, paper-making etc. Specifications are from Φ1.2 to Φ6.1m. They have been exported to Thailand, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam etc.
Our company has absorbed technologies from famous international companies such as Smidth, Polysius, KHD, etc. In recent years along with the advances in cement producing, cooperated with design institutes in Tianjin, Nanjing etc, developed new large serial products of dry processing rotary cement kilns, matching 1000-5000t/d large and 8000-10000t/d extra-large cement production line. There have been nearly hundred sets put into operation in the cement plants of Anhui, Hailuo, Jilin Shuangyang, Indonesia Kupang etc.
Our company has the first-rate group on rotary kiln development, study and design, perfect experiment and testing measures, and superior manufacturing equipment and technology for large rotary kiln, while has formed the complete technical and producing system on the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning service for the equipment.

Q: Are you a manufacture?
A: Yes, we are manufacture; Our factory was established in 1981.
We focus on providing expert service including design, manufacture, installation & maintenance for the logistic industries & mining equipments.
Q: Terms of Payment:
A: 30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT before the machines leaving seller' factory.
Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q: Guarantee period:
A: The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, It is not applicable for quick wear parts.
Q: If I need the complete lime production line. Are you able to help us build it?
A: Yes, we can help you combine a complete lime production line. And give you related professional advice as long as you need. There is a rich experience engineer team of us. We had already built many cement projects in China & Overseas. We also can do EPC project. You can believe our quality and service.
