Rotary kilns work by processing material in a rotating drum at high temperatures for a specified retention time to cause a physical change or chemical reaction in the material being processed. The kiln is set at a slight slope to assist in moving material through the drum.

Furnace structure

1. Roller furnace can be divided into kiln body, feed roller, discharge roller, main drive system, heating element and control cabinet.

2. The main drive system adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and helical gear transmission, with a large speed regulation range and stable transmission.

3. The main drive motor has the functions of phase loss protection, over current protection and motor fault alarm.

4. The heating element can choose resistance wire, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod.

 

Temperature Control System

1. The temperature control system has the functions of intelligent quantity temperature control instrument, continuous PID adjustment, output limiter, over-temperature alarm, burnout alarm and temperature compensation.

2. Linear current output, trigger phase shift trigger anti-parallel bidirectional thyristor, precise control of temperature accuracy.

3. The control system is installed in an independent standard GGD control cabinet.

4. The control panel is equipped with temperature control instruments, ammeters, knob switches, sound and light alarms, frequency converters, transmission control buttons, etc.
