Hot Sale High Temperature Vacuum Tube Furnace for Melting Material
STG series products are mainly for daily application development of laboratories, high-quality materials and a stable furnace temperature control system can ensure the reliability of experimental data; 1000ºC/1200ºC furnaces take new ceramic fiber material as the furnace chamber material, the choice of high quality high-temperature alloy wire as heating element, temperature controller microcomputer PID control module, enabling precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements.
Technical data:
1. Furnace chamber material use mullite ceramic fiber materials, no powder pull off under high temperature, small heat capacity, and energy saving more than 50%.
2. Heating elements are high-temperature alloy wire, which can undertake large loading, stable and longer service life.
3. Use quartz tube, stainless steel flange are easy to disassemble, and be convenient to take in and out the sintered samples.
4. Heating rate is 10-30ºC/min, fast heating rate, it will take 15-30minutes from room temperature to 1200ºC.
5. High precision temperature control, display accuracy:±1ºC, over temperature value is small, with the function of temperature compensation and temperature correction.
6. The temperature controller can set the program with 30 segments and can set the temperature curve.
7. With the function of leakage protection, safe and reliable.
8. With over-temperature alarm, when the temperature exceeds the set temperature, audible and visual alarm and stop heating.
8. Multiple safety protection design, good safety performance, long service life.
