1. General Description

Prisma pack (Carton) are produced through a process of PE, Paper, AL Foil, EAA coating which involves combining 4 layer PE, 1AL Foil,1Paper. Paper is generally up to 350g/m2  or even as higher as 400g/m2. Thickness of AL foil is 0.006mm. It has good tightness performance, and the AL layer of dense, no organic inclusions can provide excellent sunlight resistance in order to keep the food/milk/juice fresh. Its widely used in Milk, Cream, Yogurt, Juice, and other liquid food industry.

2. Storage Transportation and Loading /unloading

A. Storage:

1)keep the product dry.

2)Store the product in a dry and well ventilated area preferably indoors. to avoid condensation and moisture penetration. Store the productions in a roofed storage area.

3)Don't put the products where they could be exposed to sand and dust. If sand or dust build up on a sheet.they can damage AL coatings, sand and dust also hinder drying and thus promote white rust formation.

4)Don's stack rolls excessively high. This is important for safety as well as for the prevention of sheet deformation or other damage. Inventory terms should be as short as possible(Within 6 months)
 

B. Transport and Loading/unloading:

1)When transporting rolls in a truck, care should be taken to protect the rolls' surfaces against damage. Using preferably. A rubber sheet beneath the coil or an exclusive transport stand.

2)When transporting rolls. Firmly fix the stacked sheets so that they do not slip off due to vibration.

1. Do we accept customization?
We are manufacturer. So the size, material, printing, color, logo can be customized. If you have benchmark or reference sample, that would be very helpful.

In general, the quantity of MOQ is 500KGS.

3. Can I get samples? How long could I get the sample?
Of course, samples can be provided for free. If the sample quantity you required is big, the cost can be deducted from the payment for formal order.
Sample time: 3 to 5 working days after customers confirm order details.
