  1. Furnace Main Features
Production Line Introduction
This heat treatment production line adopts a complete set of imported technology, standard manufacturing and inspection. The key components are imported products, assembled in China, and the overall quality reaches the same level as imported products.
This production line consists of a tape feeder, a mesh belt type front cleaning machine, a roller type mesh belt type quenching(hardening) furnace, a mesh belt type quenching tank, a roller type mesh belt type tempering furnace, a mesh belt type side discharge, and a mesh belt type Black trough, mesh belt dryer, mesh belt oil supply machine, electrical control and on-site installation.
Production Line Features
  1. In order to meet the needs of processing fasteners, this production line all adopts Japanese furnace technology.
  2. Quenching and tempering furnaces use electric heating, which saves energy consumption, lowers costs and has higher efficiency.
  3. The mesh belt adopts the synchronous transmission of the supporting rollers, so that the mesh belt can bear the minimum tension during operation and has a long service life.
  4. The bearings at both ends of the supporting rollers adopt special high-temperature sealed bearings to ensure the firm sealing.
  5. The mesh belt transmission is designed with an alarming device for abnormal transmission to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of the mesh belt.
  6. Drop-feeding atmosphere is used to enter the furnace through the gasifier, which is simple to use and the atmosphere is continuously detected and controlled by the oxygen probe.
  7. The mesh belt is returned to the furnace to preheat the cold workpiece just entering the furnace, which can save energy significantly.
