Purpose:
Widely used in sintering and annealing in lab, sintering for ceramics, used in denture processing industry for heating, presintering for Zirconium.

1. Maximum Temperature: 1200ºC
2. Five Heating Surfaces (Left, Right, Front ,Back, Bottom) can achieve a more uniform of
the chamber temperature
3. K type thermocouple
4. Double layer steel case with air cooling keeps exterior safe to touch.
5. Ventilation opening on the top of furnace, to discharge the corrosive gas and water, to
enhance the service life of heating element.

Packing and Shipping
Packing:
In order to ensure the customer receive the furnace and accessories without any damage, we packed the furnace in three layers.
First, the furnace is wrapped by clear plastic paper, then filled the gap by polyfoam. Finally, it is packed by wooden box.
Shipping:
1.By courier, like DHL,UPS,FEDEX,etc. it usually takes 3-4 days to arrive.
2.By air to the air port, it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.
3.By sea to sea port, it usually takes 15-30 days to arrive.
4.If your delivery time is very urgent, we suggest you to choose by courier or by air.
5.If it not very urgent,we will suggest you to choose by sea,it is very cheap.

1.Is your company accepting customization?
We have our own factory and excellent technical team, and we accept OEM service.
2.We are not professional in the operation and installation of your machine?
While it is not a stumbling block, our machine is easy to operate, no need to be professional, and the instruction manual and video sent to you are enough. What's more, we have professional engineers and they can solve all questions.
3. Which shipment is available?
