COMPOSITION:
Each 1ml contains:
Tilmicosin 300mg.
INDICATIONS:
Cattle:
For the treatment of bovine respiratory disease associated with Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida.
For the treatment of interdigital necrobacillosis.
Sheep:
For the treatment of respiratory tract infections caused by Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida.
Treatment of foot rot in sheep caused by Dichelobacter nodosus and Fusobacterium necrophorum.
Treatment of acute ovine mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Mycoplasma agalactiae.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For subcutaneous administer only.
Cattle and Sheep: 10-20mg of tilmicosin per kg body weight.
In sheep greater than 15 kg, administer a single subcutaneous dose of 10 mg per kg of body weight (equal to 1 mL per 30kg body weight).
Do not inject more than 10 mL per injection site.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
Do not administer intravenously and/or intramuscularly.
Do not administer to lambs weighing less than 15 kg.
Do not administer to primates.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
PRECAUTIONS:
The intramuscular injection will cause a local reaction which may result in trim loss of edible tissue at slaughter.
The effects of tilmicosin have not been determined on bovine and ovine reproductive performance and during pregnancy and lactation.
WARNINGS:
Accurate weighing of lambs is important to avoid overdose. The use of a 2 ml or smaller syringe will facilitate accurate dosing.
DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Interactions between macrolides and ionophores have been observed in some species.

Sheep:
