ApplicationThe instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T6536 "Petroleum Product Distillation Measurement Method", applicable to the distillation determination of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, special boiling point solvent, naphtha,diesel, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products.
The instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T 6536, GB/T 7534, GB/T 2282, GB/T 18255,ASTM D86 ASTM D850 ISO 3405. It adopts the original temperature sensor of German JUMO company and the most advanced CNC optical detection system. It can automatically complete the whole process of distillation testing. It is dual ways structure and can simultaneously test two samples.
With reasonable structure, stable performance and simple operation, it is an ideal analysis equipment.

2.Main technical characteristics
(1)The distillation heating part is composed of independent circuit control box. The user can adjust the heating power according to different requirements.
(2)The control box is made of cold-rolled steel plate with an observation window on the upper front and an electric furnace inside. The circuit control part is installed in the lower part of the box.
(3)The electric furnace part is composed of a silicon carbide hob, a 1200W/220V electric heating wire and a high temperature resistant silicon carbide plate. The position of the electric furnace can be adjusted by the lifting adjustment knob on the control box to adjust the relative position of the distillation flask and the condensing nozzle. Its heating power is controlled by voltage regulation.
(4)The condensate tank is made of thick stainless steel plate with built-in heating, temperature measuring and stirring device, which is the common water tank of the distillation condensing system. The condenser is used independently. The mixing device is motor driven impeller rotating type.
(5)The size of the condensing pipe meets the requirements of GB/T 6536.
