1.Headliners

Majority of the car producers have realised the importance and advantage of using nonwoven headliners due to high abrasion resistance and NVH requirements

Thickness: 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm
Colours: as per OEM specs
Fiber density: 1.5 to 6.0 denier
Fiber Type: PET, Low Melt, or blends as per specs
Special Finishes: Oil and water repellency, Teflon, Anti-microbial, FR, varied cut lengths, etc (as per specs)

2.Floor Carpets

To meet and improve the NVH requirements of a car, Heavy floor carpets are manufactured as per OEM specifications

Weight: 200 to 3,000 g/m²
Thickness: 1.50 mm to 8.00 mm
Colours: Black / Beige / Gray (as per OEM specifications)
Fiber density: 6.0 to 15.0 denier
Special Finishes: Latex coating, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE

3.Parcel Tray Fabric

An integral part of the interior of a car is the Parcel Tray / Parcel Shelf. In particular this is the composite sheet which in many cases holds the speaker box or other accessories together. This shelf also provides a separation of the cabin interior and the trunk of the car/hatchback.

 4.LOAD SHELF / TRUNK CARPET / SEAT BACKING

With the increase in Premium range cars, SUV's, Trucks etc, the need of the hour lies in Load Shelf tray which has the unique property to sustain more loads as well as retractable in nature. These fabrics have the below characteristics::
