Automatic pipe spool production line is specially designed for pipe prefabrication industry. It can choose different unit and design for different requirements. Unit to unit are connected by logistics system, which realizes a line work process as loading, cutting, beveling, fitting-up, spot welding, root welding, filling welding, cap welding and so on with a high efficiency work.

The piping fabrication system is unique production line to solve TIG/MAG root welding, it can realize to weld with 0-5mm gap in root pass that could control quanlity easily. The whole prodcution can solve uploading,automatic length control, trasport, unloading, fit-up, welding and other process.
