Yuken Hydraulic Pilot Operated Check Valves

 

These Check Valves allow flow in one direction and prevent flow in the reverse direction, until operated by pilot pressure to allow free reverse flow. The specified cracking pressure is required to open the valve to allow free flow direction. These valves are for pressure locking so that the load does not come down automatically. Suitable for High flow circuits viz Steel Mills, Presses, etc.

The modular pilot operated check valve MPW, MPA, MPB will allow free flow in one direction and block flow in the opposite direction. It functions to positively hold the actuator in a neutral position. Movement is restored by an automatic pilot pressure signal when the Directional Control Valve shifts to move the actuator. It may be specified to operate on the A, B, or A and B port.
