1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

2. WORKING THEORY
The powder material is loaded from the top side of the machine and conveyed towards
the compacting rollers by a special motorised helical screw that ensures a constant and
even feeding rate.
The compacting rollers, made of steel can be caved of different shapes and
size to produce different types of finished products according to different
customer's requirements.
The crusher can be used for crushing the tablets formed by flaking machine to obtain a granular products.
The final granules size is determined by the net mesh that allows for passing only of materials with desired size. Unqualified will be crushed inside until it's qualified.
3. TECHNOLOGY
The compaction process is basically a dry granulation process, so there is no liquid medium and no bindr. Instead, the fine dry powder of fertilizer/chemical material are subjected to a
efficiently high pressure to squeeze them together. The equipment for the the compaction is called a compactor.This compactor consists of weighing feeder, forced feeder and flaking machine.
The weighing feeder
To ensure uniformity in the product it is most important that the feed system should maintain an absolutely steady flow of raw material to the compaction rolls. Its design is therefore
very critical. The feed system is fitted with a screw feeder which includes one horizontal screw. This rotational screw speed is variable.
The forced feeder--
The vertical screw forced the powder materials into the "nip" of the rolls by the combined forces of the feed system and the frictional forces between the materials and the rolls, which rotate so as to draw the material into the gap. The rotational screw speed is variable and the feed screw is tapered to squash out air voids and pre-densify the powder before the rolls.
Flaking machine--The powder passes out of the "nip" of the rolls in the form of a laminar sheet, which will be broken into small granules by the next crusher. The flaking machine comprises two parallel rolls rotating on horizontal axes and separated by a small but precisely determined gap. The axis of one of the rolls is fixed, while the axis of the second roll can move towards or away from that of the fixed-axis roll.
It is pushed towards the fixed roll to provide a constant compacting pressure by means of hydraulic pressure. The pressure in the hydraulic is regulated by means of a hydraulic circuit, and is defined for each type of compound fertilizer.
4. FINAL PRODUCTS
The tablets resulting form the compacting produce can be of different shapes and sizes.
For particular uses, they can be broken up into granules by means of a crushing and screening process.

6. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
The storage-packing section of the plant is the same as for other fertilizer plants.
The pacakging specification usually is 50kg per bag, if client requires 1 ton per bag, should notify us in advance.
Due to the big dimension of our machines,normally without pacakging, but directly loaded into Open Top Containers by crane. Only some small parts/accessories can be packed into ply-wooden boxes.
