High intensity grill magnetic separator filer used for Removing iron contamination from dry free-flowing grain, flour, sugar, powders, pigments, chemicals as well as plastic and other products. Grate magnets are typically installed in hoppers or bins and can be rectangular, square or round. With strengths as high as 1.2 Tesla (12,000 Gauss) our disc magnet range offers high quality at fair price and extends from single-row to multi-row, housed and drawer type as well as easy-clean and self-cleaning styles. 

 

Features : 

1.Frame and tube material is 304 stainless steel, good corrosion resistance and green.

2.Standard magnetic grates are assembled with stainless steel frame and D25mm round bars.

3.The surface of frame and magnetic bar can be fine polished and full welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.

4.Standard working temperature 80 degree celsius, max working temperature from 80 to 350 is also available.

5.Normal item(N style),Easy-cleaning(E style), grate with angle baffles or rod are available.
