Process sketch
1) Discharge the leaves of the decoiler, then insert it into the steel coil.
2) Use the hand wheel, to expand the inner axis, make the axis tighten the inner diameter of steel coil.
4) Put on the leaves to stop the steel coil running out.
3) Release the brake of decoiler, make the coil sheet run out.
1.Port of Shipment: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
2.Port of Destination: as per customer's request.
3.Delivery time: 15 days.
4.Terms of Payment: 1) 30% for down payment by T/T; 70% for balance by T/T before shipment.
2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5.Shipping Documents:
1) Bill of Lading, one full set;
2) Commercial invoice, triplication,
3) Packing list, triplication.
6. Insurance: covered by the buyer.
7.Acceptance Certificate:The machine acceptance test will be in the seller's workshop, at the presence of the buyer's technicians while producing.
Tested materials are at seller charge (if the buyer have special request for material, the buyer shall provide the tested material by themselves).
Once the contract standard is reached, an acceptance certificate will be signed by both parties and the machine shall be considered accepted.
8.Guarantee Period: 12 months after custom cleared in buyer's site.
